Egg cleansing rituals can be seen across many different cultures throughout the world. They are used to draw negative energy, curses, black magick, the evil eye, spiritual diseases, and witchcraft off of an afflicted individual. These rituals not only can be used to remove negative energy but also can diagnosis certain spiritual conditions.
Using an egg in rituals is a simple tool that anyone can easily have access to. All you need is a fresh egg (from a hen or the store), some holy water or Florida water, and a personal prayer from your specific religious background. The prayer must be full of intent and concentracted energy to be able to draw the negativity from the person you are trying to heal. You can do an egg cleansing ritual yourself, but it is always better to have a spiritual advisor you trust, to do it for you.
Today, I will share with you a simple egg cleansing ritual, that can be used for any person regardless of their faith. It is advised to burn a mixture of myrrh, copal, and frankincense while doing this ritual. Never under any circumstances should you burn myrrh by itself without frankincense. Myrrh opens up spiritual doors, to anything, good or bad. Therefore you need to burn frankincense to shut out the negative energy from that spiritual portal and bring down angelic energy.
Egg Cleansing Ritual
Step 1: Set the atmosphere by raising the right vibrations. Burn a mixture of copal, myrrh, and frankincense. If you do not have those to blend, sage or palo santo works perfectly fine. This ritual should be preformed at nightfall or during twilight hours.
Step 2: Wash the egg you have chosen in either holy water, Florida water, or Trinity water.
Step 3: Make a petition or prayer over the egg, to let it absorb all negative afflictions of the person you will be rolling the egg over.
Step 4: Start at the base of the crown of the person and roll it down the nose to the chin. Keep rolling the egg from the crown and then down all sides of the persons head.
Step 4: Continue this fashion from the neck down to the hips. Then from the hips to the toes.
Step 5: Once the whole body has been rolled over with the egg, ask that all: negative energy, curses, black magick, the evil eye, spiritual diseases, and witchcraft come off the individual and be removed.
Step 5: Crack the egg and throw it into running water or bury it into the ground far away from your home. End the ritual with a blessing on the person, either the sign of the cross on their forehead, smudge them with sage, or bless them the way that feels right to you. End the ritual by giving thanks.
Step 6: This ritual may have to be repeated if the person is under heavy black magic or a curse. If that is the case, repeat until it is removed. You may have to do a 9 day novena, with a novena candle to the saint of your choice, while also doing the egg ritual for those 9 days until it is removed.
